WVU Medicine Children’s brings state-of-the-art treatment to newborns, infants, children, and teens throughout the state. We also take care of adults who were born with neurological conditions, so they can get the specialized care they need throughout their lives.

We strive for excellent results with enhanced recoveries and recommend minimally invasive surgeries whenever possible. Our board-certified pediatric neurosurgeons work closely with other pediatric specialists under the same roof including child neurologists, plastic and reconstructive surgeons, neuro-oncologists, orthopaedists, and otolaryngologists. They all come together to ensure your child is receiving comprehensive, whole-person care.
